381 Constructors, a joint venture between Cianbro, TIC and Middlesex Corporation, is seeking diverse subcontractors and suppliers interested in participating on the Portsmouth Dry Docks P-381 Project in Kittery, Maine. The multi-mission dry dock construction project will extend the depth and size of the docks that support the maintenance and overhaul of Virginia Class submarines at Portsmouth Naval shipyard.

We are pleased to invite you to a Diverse Subcontractor and Supplier Outreach event to introduce our leadership team, provide a brief project overview, and share information about the subcontract and supplier opportunities associated with the project. 381 Constructors is committed to providing information and resources to assist firms in preparing for participation and success!
